How is this different from a normal auction house?

An auction house lists items for sale. DexAuction lists buy orders — a player says "I want to buy X at this price," pays into escrow, and anyone with the item fills it. The DonutSMP model.

Does it really work on Folia?

Yes — built for Folia's threaded regions. Most order plugins break on Folia.

Can someone scam a buyer or seller?

No. Money is escrowed on order placement; items and money change hands atomically on a fill. Cancel or expire and everything is refunded.

What if my inventory is full when an order fills?

Items wait in your collection box, or drop safely at your feet — never lost.

Do I need an economy plugin?

Yes — Vault plus any economy provider. Without one, orders are disabled.

Sign or Dialog input?

sign works everywhere on 1.21.x. dialog needs Paper 1.21.7+ and falls back to sign automatically, so it's safe to leave on.

Can players require enchantments on an order?

Yes — the New Order menu has an enchant selector. Only items with the chosen enchantments can fill it.

How is this different from DexOrders?

Both are buy-order systems. DexOrders is the newer standalone release with native Dialog input by default, real item-picker icons and five Donut rank tiers. They're sold separately — pick whichever fits your server.
