`/macesmp enable <mace>`	Enable a mace globally
`/macesmp disable <mace>`	Disable a mace globally
`/macesmp blacklist <add\|remove\|list> [player]`	Block a player from using mace abilities
`/macesmp reload`	Reload the configuration
